Neogenesis Molding Cog Thread Arrow-Bi 10ea/Pack
$129
The Neogenesis Molding Cog Thread Arrow-Bi is a PDO lifting thread with the largest and strongest barbs in the range — flat arrowhead-shaped bi-directional barbs made by a molding-press method (not cutting), which allows a longer-lasting tightening effect. For heavy tissues with 1–2 degrees of ptosis, it can provide a long-term lifting effect of 1 to 5 years. Supplied 10ea per pack with a W-type Cannula.
About the Molding Cog Arrow-Bi
Unlike standard cog threads cut from the filament, Molding Cog threads are made by a molding-press method, producing flat arrowhead-shaped bi-directional barbs that are the largest and strongest available and that fix tissue with harpoon-shaped notches. This gives a long-term lifting effect of 1 to 5 years (depending on the case) for heavy tissues with 1–2 degrees of ptosis. As a PDO thread, it stimulates neocollagenesis as it is absorbed.

Molding threads are made by a molding-press method rather than cutting the filament, producing stronger barbs and a longer-lasting tightening effect.
How long does the effect last?
