Lidocaine-Prilocaine Cream is a topical anesthetic combining two amide-type local anesthetics. Clinical studies show 92% efficacy in achieving adequate dermal analgesia within 60 minutes of application (occlusive dressing required). Formulated with pharmaceutical-grade ingredients meeting USP standards, it provides 2-3 hours of sustained anesthesia depth up to 5mm, making it ideal for various dermatological procedures.
Combined sodium channel blockade (Lidocaine) and vasoconstrictive properties (Prilocaine) for enhanced efficacy.
Achieves effective dermal anesthesia within 30-60 minutes under occlusion.
Maintains anesthetic effect for 2-3 hours post-application.
<1% plasma concentration even with maximum recommended dose (60g).
