Stylage Bi-Soft XXL is Laboratoires Vivacy’s most volumising HA filler — engineered for deep subcutaneous placement to restore significant facial volume loss in cheeks, cheekbones, chin, jawline, and temples. The IPN-Like cross-linking technology combined with 9 mg/mL mannitol antioxidant delivers high cohesiveness, volume-correcting power, and resistance to oxidative degradation. 0.3% premixed lidocaine reduces injection discomfort. Up to 18-month duration is among the longest in the HA filler category.
How IPN-Like Technology works
Vivacy’s patented IPN-Like (Interpenetrating Polymer Network-Like) cross-linking creates a unique gel architecture where two HA networks interpenetrate, yielding high cohesiveness with controlled rheology. Mannitol — a natural antioxidant — protects the HA gel from free radical damage (oxidative stress) generated during injection and the post-injection inflammatory cascade, extending in-tissue longevity. The Bi-SOFT® syringe design improves injection control and patient comfort.

Both use IPN-Like technology with mannitol. XL contains 26 mg/g HA at 1×1ml or 2×1ml — for deep dermal and subcutaneous volume restoration (cheeks, chin, jawline). XXL contains 21 mg/g HA at 2×1ml — engineered specifically as the most cohesive volumiser in the line, optimised for large-volume deep subcutaneous augmentation with maximum 18-month duration. Choose XL for structural deep dermal correction; XXL for high-volume facial contouring and significant volume loss.
How long does this product last?+
Duration is up to 18 months — among the longest in the HA filler category — depending on injection site, patient metabolism, and lifestyle. The mannitol antioxidant content contributes to extended longevity by protecting the gel from oxidative degradation. Mobile facial zones may resorb faster than static volumising zones (cheek, temple).
