What it is
Stylage Bi-Soft M is Laboratoires Vivacy’s flexible monophasic HA filler for the middle and deep layers of the dermis — designed for moderate wrinkle correction, NLF, marionette lines, perioral wrinkles, lip body augmentation, and minor facial volumetry. The IPN-Like cross-linking with mannitol antioxidant delivers smooth tissue integration, natural movement preservation, and resistance to oxidative degradation. 0.3% premixed lidocaine reduces injection discomfort during the procedure.
How IPN-Like Technology works
Vivacy’s patented IPN-Like (Interpenetrating Polymer Network-Like) cross-linking creates a uniquely cohesive gel architecture with controlled flow properties — yielding smooth extrusion and natural tissue integration. The mannitol antioxidant protects HA from free radical damage (oxidative stress) generated during injection and post-injection inflammation, contributing to extended in-tissue longevity versus non-stabilised formulations. The Bi-SOFT® syringe design supports injection precision and comfort.

How is Stylage M different from XL or XXL?+
All use IPN-Like technology with mannitol. M (20 mg/mL) is the flexible mid-depth variant — for moderate wrinkles, NLF, marionettes, and lip work. XL (26 mg/g) is denser — for deep dermal volume correction (cheeks, chin). XXL (21 mg/g, 2×1ml) is the most cohesive volumiser — for large-volume subcutaneous augmentation. Choose M for moderate wrinkles and lip aug; XL/XXL for deeper volumising work.
Can Stylage M be used for lip augmentation?+
Yes — Stylage M is indicated for minor facial volumetry including lip augmentation. The flexible monophasic gel structure integrates smoothly into lip tissue with natural movement preservation.
