Hyalmass CaHA+
Calcium Hydroxyapatite + Cross-Linked HA

Hyalmass CaHA+ is a dual-action dermal filler combining calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres with cross-linked hyaluronic acid. The HA gives immediate volume and acts as the carrier — replacing the carboxymethylcellulose used in conventional CaHA fillers — while the CaHA stimulates long-term collagen. Supplied ready to use and reversible with hyaluronidase.

Overview

How Hyalmass CaHA+ works

Hyalmass CaHA+ uses cross-linked HA as the gel carrier instead of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). This gives immediate, smooth volume from the HA and is associated with less initial swelling than CMC-based CaHA fillers, while the CaHA microspheres stimulate fibroblasts to build new collagen for results that can last up to around three years. Because of the HA carrier, the result can be adjusted with hyaluronidase.

CaHA microspheres.

Calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres act as a scaffold that stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen, supporting long-term, collagen-based correction.

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid carrier.

Cross-linked HA provides immediate volume and acts as the gel carrier for the CaHA — replacing the carboxymethylcellulose used in conventional CaHA fillers, which is associated with less initial swelling.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Hyalmass CaHA+?

A dual-action dermal filler combining calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres with cross-linked hyaluronic acid, supplied ready to use and reversible with hyaluronidase.

How is it different from conventional CaHA fillers?

Hyalmass uses cross-linked HA as the carrier instead of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), which gives immediate HA volume and is associated with less initial swelling.

Is Hyalmass CaHA+ reversible?

Yes. Because of the cross-linked HA carrier, the result can be adjusted or dissolved with hyaluronidase — unlike CMC-based CaHA fillers.

Does it need reconstitution?

No. It is a ready-to-use prefilled syringe — no reconstitution or dilution required.

What does the CaHA do?

The CaHA microspheres act as a scaffold that stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen for long-term, collagen-based correction.

How long do results last?

Up to approximately three years, as the CaHA stimulates sustained collagen production.

What needle is used?

Commonly a 27–30 G needle, injected into the dermis by a trained practitioner.

Who can administer Hyalmass CaHA+?

Licensed, trained practitioners only, with knowledge of facial anatomy and complication management.
