HyalDew Dermal Filler — Korean BioPlus HA Filler with Lidocaine, 4 Viscosity Grades
What it is
HyalDew is a four-tier Korean HA filler system manufactured by BioPlus Co., Ltd. The line covers the full clinical spectrum — from superficial skin hydration (Shine) to deep volumization (All) — with one unified MCL gel technology and 0.3% premixed lidocaine across all four variants. Select the variant in the ProType dropdown above based on target depth and indication.
How it works
Built on BioPlus’s patented MCL Technology (Multi-stage Cross-Linking) — a 3-step crosslinking process that regulates HA binding rate and gel viscosity to produce microbead structures of different sizes nested within one another. Result: stronger gel stability and longer effect duration compared to single-stage crosslinked HA fillers. The same MCL backbone runs across all four variants; gel viscosity and particle size are tuned per indication.
HyalDew variant guide
All four variants share the same 20 mg/mL HA + 0.3% lidocaine and MCL Technology. Differ by gel density, particle size, target depth, and duration. Select the matching ProType in the dropdown above.
| Variant | Density | Target Depth | Primary Use | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HyalDew Shine | Lightest (microsphere) | Epidermal / superficial | Mesotherapy, skin hydration, surface glow | 1–2 months |
| HyalDew Fine | Light–medium | Mid dermis | Fine lines, lip body, periorbital (crow’s feet) | 9–12 months |
| HyalDew Mid | Medium | Mid–deep dermis | Nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips | 9–12 months |
| HyalDew All | Densest (420 μm) | Deep dermis / subcutaneous | Forehead, temples, cheeks, chin, nose, deep folds | 12–24 months |

FAQ
Which HyalDew variant should I order?+
Choose by target depth and indication. Shine for superficial skin hydration and surface glow (mesotherapy-style). Fine for fine lines, lip body, and periorbital areas. Mid for moderate-to-deep wrinkles (NLF, marionettes) and lip enhancement. All for deep volume restoration of forehead, temples, cheeks, chin, and nose. Many practices stock Mid + All for the most common 80% of cases.
What is MCL Technology?+
MCL = Multi-stage Cross-Linking. BioPlus’s patented 3-step HA crosslinking process produces microbead structures of different sizes nested within one another, regulating HA binding rate and gel viscosity. The denser, more stable gel matrix delivers longer effect duration than conventional single-stage crosslinked HA fillers — and allows precise tuning across the four variants from light (Shine) to dense (All).
Can HyalDew variants be combined in one session?+
Yes. A common full-face protocol layers HyalDew All for deep volume (cheek, chin, jawline), HyalDew Mid for nasolabial folds and marionettes, HyalDew Fine for lips and periorbital, and HyalDew Shine for surface hydration finishing. All four share the same HA backbone and MCL Technology, so tissue integration is consistent across layers.
How does HyalDew compare to Juvederm or Restylane?+
Same product category (HA dermal filler with lidocaine), different cross-linking technologies. Juvederm uses Vycross or Hylacross (typically biphasic in certain products). Restylane uses NASHA (biphasic) or OBT/XpresHAn (monophasic). HyalDew uses MCL (Multi-stage Cross-Linking) — distinctive for the nested microbead architecture and 4-tier viscosity range from skin booster to deep volumizer. Practitioners often choose HyalDew for the breadth of indications in a single brand family.
Where to buy HyalDew wholesale and how to verify authenticity?+
Wholesale through MJS Medicals for licensed healthcare professionals. To verify authenticity: (1) BioPlus Co., Ltd. branding on packaging with Korean and English labeling; (2) HA concentration matches 20 mg/mL; (3) MCL Technology badge on the box; (4) KFDA registration number 3A21765 traceable; (5) intact tamper-evident sterile seal.
Who is qualified to inject HyalDew?+
Licensed physicians, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and trained aesthetic practitioners only. Buyers self-certify professional status at checkout.
Safety
HyalDew-specific: Particle size varies significantly across variants (Shine microsphere → All 420 μm) — selecting the correct variant for the target depth is critical. Placing HyalDew All too superficially risks Tyndall effect and palpable nodules; placing HyalDew Shine too deep wastes product (rapid resorption in dermis).
Prescription medical device. Contraindicated in active local infection, HA / lidocaine hypersensitivity, pregnancy / breastfeeding, autoimmune disorders, and concurrent anticoagulant therapy. Aspirate before injection; keep hyaluronidase on hand for reversal.
