Dermagen Acssak Acne Clear Facial Foam 180ml – BHA Acne Control
$25
Product Overview

Dermagen Acssak Acne Clear Facial Foam 180ml is a mildly acidic BHA foam cleanser with salicylic acid and Centella Asiatica extract at pH 6.3–6.5. Effective pore cleansing without stripping — the foam dissolves sebum and dead cells while Centella calms post-cleanse irritation.
Natural proteolytic enzymes (Papain and Bromelain) decompose dead skin cells and regulate sebum production. Dense cream-textured foam lathers without mechanical irritation. Ceramide NP protects the barrier during cleansing. No synthetic fragrance — natural citrus oils from rapeseed, tangerine peel, and mandarin peel give the soft yellow color.
Composition & Key Ingredients
Salicylic Acid
Penetrates oil-filled pores to exfoliate from within. Reduces keratinocyte aggregation and prevents inflammatory acne.
Centella Asiatica
Anti-inflammatory extract that soothes redness while BHA works. Prevents the cleanser from aggravating sensitive skin.
Papain & Bromelain
Plant-derived enzymes that gently decompose old dead skin cells and control excess oil production.
Ceramide NP
Protects the barrier. Prevents the cleanser from stripping skin-essential lipids.
Panthenol
Keeps skin hydrated. Humectant that counteracts the drying potential of BHA.
