How it works
Two-phase mechanism. Phase 1 (0–3 months): the CMC gel carrier delivers immediate volume correction at the point of injection — visible result on Day 1. Phase 2 (3 months–2 years): as the CMC is gradually metabolized, the smooth PCL microspheres remain in place and stimulate sustained type I collagen formation around each microsphere. The newly synthesized native collagen replaces the CMC volume seamlessly, producing durable structural support that the body recognizes as its own tissue. Microspheres are fully bioresorbable through hydrolysis over the product lifecycle.
